PTA Office MES: Excel Automated Inventory Application

The application is useful in times of collection and inventory of Parents-Teachers Association contributions in schools. It can trace name of students and amount of contributions. This can also print receipt. The PTA staff can scan documents directly on the application. The lost receipt can be retrieved in the database. The distribution of budget can be traced, because each contribution can be computed individually. It can trace amount of contribution on each section. In times of report, this program can save lot of time.

Find Features of  MS Excel:
