PTA Office MES: Excel Automated Inventory Application

The application is useful in times of collection and inventory of Parents-Teachers Association contributions in schools. It can trace name of students and amount of contributions. This can also print receipt. The PTA staff can scan documents directly on the application. The lost receipt can be retrieved in the database. The distribution of budget can be traced, because each contribution can be computed individually. It can trace amount of contribution on each section. In times of report, this program can save lot of time.

Find Features of  MS Excel:
1. Press Ctrl F. Click image to enlarge.

2. Click on Options in the 'Find and Replace' dialog box. 

3. Select Workbook from the Within drop-down list to find occurrences across all the worksheets. 

4. Type the text you want to find. ... 

5. Click Find Next.

PTA Office MNHS: Client-Server Excel Automated Inventory Application

The application is useful in times of collection and inventory of Parents-Teachers Association contributions in the school. The client-server model describes how a server(main computer) provides resources and services to one or more clients. Example of server includes  file server. Server provides resources to client devices, such as desktop computers.

Step 1: Open the file MNHS PTA Receipt Tracer 7.xlsm.

Step 2: The figure below appears. It is the main form of Client-Server Excel Automated Inventory Application.

Step 3: Click ßSelect Section, then click the drop-down menu on the left side of the arrow.

Step 4: Click ßSelect Section, then click the drop down menu on the left side of the arrow as shown in the above picture.

Step 5: Select the name of student who wants to contribute as shown in the above picture.

Step 6: If student want to contribute 50 in maintenance. The user will encode 50 under maintenance as shown below.
